1. Ticket Access: A valid ticket grants the holder access to the event, sessions, Kiosk area covered by purchased ticket.

2. Ticket Validity: The purchased ticket is valid to access to the event only on 30 Oct from 3pm to 9pm. Multiple time exit-entry is allowed upon showing the pass.

3. Entry Requirement: All attendees, including guests, companions, parents, guardians, friends, and family members, must possess a valid ticket or authorized pass to enter the event venue, unless otherwise permitted by the organizers.

4. Event Facilities: Any complimentary food, refreshments, merchandise, activities, or other facilities provided at the event are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at the organizers' discretion.

5. Inclusivity: The event is open to eligible individuals regardless of age, gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or background, subject to any event-specific eligibility requirements.

6. Accurate Information: Attendees and participants must provide accurate and authentic information during registration or ticket purchase, including valid contact details where required for official event communication.

7. Prohibited Items & Activities: Possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or other prohibited items is strictly forbidden at the event. The organizers reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items and take appropriate action.

8. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, unlawful, abusive, or poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others.

9. Safety & Harassment: Any attendee experiencing harassment, inappropriate behavior, or a safety concern should immediately report the matter to event staff, volunteers, or the designated event authorities.

10. Fraud & Counterfeit Tickets: Any attempt to create, use, distribute, resell, or otherwise engage in fraudulent activity involving tickets, registrations, payments, or event credentials may result in cancellation of access, removal from the event, and/or legal action.

11. Liability: The organizers are responsible for matters and activities within the official event premises and under their reasonable control. The organizers shall not be held responsible for incidents, losses, or circumstances occurring outside the event premises or beyond their reasonable control.
